Thank you for using jurniti ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with our website at https://jurniti.com and our services (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account and Billing Information: name, email address, and payment details (processed by third-party providers such as Stripe; we do not store full payment card information).
1.2 Usage and Events: technical and usage data such as IP address, device information, and in-product events. As outlined in docs/PIXEL.md and docs/SYSTEM_FLOW.md, you may optionally implement our pixel/SDK for additional event tracking. This may include identity resolution where anonymous and known identifiers are linked to attribute actions.
1.3 Communications: messages you send to our support addresses (e.g., support@jurniti.com).
2. How We Use Information
We use information to provide and improve the Service, including:
- Operating core features described in docs/v0/PRD.md and README.md (e.g., Growth Ceiling analysis, recovery automations, attribution reports).
- Sending weekly memos and account notifications.
- Processing payments and preventing fraud.
- Providing customer support and product updates.
3. Legal Bases
Where required, we process personal data under legitimate interests, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and consent (for certain marketing or cookies where applicable).
4. Sharing of Information
We share data with service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g., hosting, email delivery via Mailgun, payments via Stripe). We do not sell your personal information. Third-party providers process data subject to their own terms. A current list of key subprocessors includes Stripe (payments/billing), Mailgun (email), and our cloud hosting/CDN provider(s). We will update this list as our providers change.
5. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Unless otherwise required by law or contract, event data and logs may be retained for up to 24 months. If you disconnect an integration (e.g., Stripe) or close your account, we disable further ingestion and schedule deletion of related tokens and data consistent with our retention schedule.
6. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards (for example, Standard Contractual Clauses for EEA/UK transfers, and comparable mechanisms where applicable).
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object or request portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@jurniti.com.
9. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings. In jurisdictions requiring consent, we may display a consent banner for optional cookies. See docs/PIXEL.md for SDK-related tracking details.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or as defined by local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. We will update the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
12. Controller/Processor Roles
For end‑users of our customers, the customer is the data controller and we act as a processor. For visitors to our website and account holders of jurniti, we act as the controller.
13. Contact
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or our data practices, contact us at support@jurniti.com. Additional service details are available in docs/REPORTS.md, docs/PRICING.md, and docs/v0/PRD.md.
